Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that by order dated 13.02.2025 this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions, however, the same is not complied with by the petitioner.
