ORDER

This Civil Revision is filed by the revision petitioner to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.8 of 2021 in RCOP.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. No adverse order passed against the respondent and hence, no notice is necessary.

3. The Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.8 of 2021 in RCOP.No.18 of 2017 was filed by the petitioner to deposit back the rent amount and the same was dismissed on the ground that already the application in I.A.No.13 of 2018 filed for depositing the rent is allowed by the RCOP Court and no appeal was filed against the order passed in I.A.No.13 of 2018.

4. If RCOP decided against the petitioner, then the Court can order to redeposit the amount and at this stage, the Court cannot be ordered. However, the learned Principal District Munsif has rightly dismissed the I.A.No.8 of 2021 in RCOP.No.18 of 2017. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed and the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in I.A.No. 8 of 2021 in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 2017 on the file of Principal District Munsif, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.375 of 2022 Nagercoil is hereby confirmed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
