ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct further investigation and register the FIR in accordance with law based on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.64/2025, dated 30.01.2025 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already the matter was enquired and closed on 30.01.2025.
3. Since the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2025 was already considered and closed, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum. 2/4
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
