ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in connection with the Crime No.280 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nithiraivilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has already been conducted and laid charge sheet on 27.02.2018 before the concerned Magistrate Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
