ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass suitable order based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2017 within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims to be a General Secretary of the Society. According to him, an inspection was conducted by the second respondent, wherein it was found that the petitioner did not submit the annual report from the year 2008 to 2011 and hence, the petitioner was directed to submit the same. 3.In the above circumstances, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.10.2017 by enclosing all necessary documents including annual report to the second respondent. However, the second respondent has not considered the same so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.10.2017 along with necessary documents for enquiry, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2017 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner. 5.The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
