PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.7 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 15 of POCSO Act, 2012, and 67(b) of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.7 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner watched obscene porn videos in his mobile phone and uploaded the same and also shared it to his friends. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the copy of the National Center for Missing Exploited Children (NCMEC) report and on the basis of which, FIR came to be registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3725 of 2022 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending.

6.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
