ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents to measure the petitioner's land to an extent of 9 cents in survey No.635/27B situated at Oruthattu Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, he claims to be the owner of the property to an extent of 9 cents in survey No.635/27B situated at Oruthattu Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner submitted an application dated 10.11.2017 before the respondents seeking to measure and fix boundaries of the property and has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
