ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.328 of 2024 on the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli has filed the above revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the petition.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, initially he had filed H.M.O.P.No.418 of 2023 before the Family Court, Dindigul and it was transferred to Family Court, Tiruchirappalli at the instance of the wife. He further submitted that the chief examination of the petitioner has been completed and Exhibits P.1 to P.6 have been marked. From 18.11.2024 onwards, the respondent is taking time to cross-examine P.W.1. The matter has been adjourned to 13.01.2025, 06.02.2025 and then to 07.03.2025 for cross-examination of P.W.1. In the said circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed.

3. Considering the fact that the respondent is taking time for crossexamination of P.W.1, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.328 of 2024 on or before 31.08.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
