RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8121 of 2016 dated 19.5.2016 by permitting the petitioner to surrender and report before the Learned District Judge, Tirunelveli instead of reporting before the Learned District Judge, Nagercoil.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SULTHAN BASHA Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8121 of 2016, dated 19.05.2016 by permitting the petitioner to surrender and report before the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirunelveli instead of reporting before the learned District Judge, Nagercoil.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the matter has already been transferred from District Court, Nagercoil to the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thirunelveli.
4. Considering the fact the matter has been already been transferred to III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thirunelveli, the condition already imposed by this Court vide order dated, 19.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8121 of 2016 in Para 5 condition no. i to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge, Nagercoil is modified to the effect the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirunelveli.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
