ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the first respondent from proceeding with the enquiry in R.C.No. 14541/07/B1/TNV, as without jurisdiction and consequently forbear the first respondent or any of his subordinates from in any way interfering with the constitution or the administration of the petitioner Waqf.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
