O. P. (MD) No. 16658 of 2015 dated 23.02.2016 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent and the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has been filed.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all further hearing dates without fail.
