O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the third respondent to remove the encroachment made in front of the Shop that is allotted to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has been allotted with a shop in the daily market by the third respondent.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the fourth respondent has encroached the front portion of the shop of the writ petitioner and the same has been permitted by the third respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent has received written instructions to the effect that they would take steps to remove the encroachment in front of the shop allotted to the writ petitioner.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to remove the encroachment immediately. There shall be no order as to costs.
