This petition is filed to direct the respondent, to register a case against the accused persons, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.07.2012.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint, dated 23.07.2012, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
