ORDER

This writ petition is filed only for issuing a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.01.2019 relating to mutation of Patta. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.01.2019 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:

W.P.(MD).No.3739 of 2020 The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.01.2019 and to dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner's sister-in-law or any one who is found to have interest within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
