Prayer W.P(MD)No.2946 of 2018: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the appeal dated 15.07.2017 for cancellation of patta to the lands in survey No.175/3 176/9 193/3 and 193/6c of Ariyandipatti Village Kulathupatti Group Singampunari Taluk Sivagangai Dt and mutate the names of petitioners family members for the above said survey numbers within time frame.
