This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.45 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State would submit that the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.169 of 2018 for the offences under Sections147, 148, 448, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(i) TNPPDL Act and the case is posted to commence trial on 09.11.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
