Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent Police to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in connection with Crime No.31 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, Madurai District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police concerned to investigate the case in Crime No.31 of 2013 and file final report thereon within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
