2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.213 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
