MP (MD)No. 338 of 2016 in Crl. OP(MD)NO. 12047 of 2015 vide it order dated 18.01.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e on first day of every English Calender month at 10.00 am until further orders.
