ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
