ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.281 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent Town Police Station, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit he filed a petition to direct the first respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.281 of 2012 before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the charge sheet has already been laid and the same was not taken cognizance by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

4.Recording the same, the said petition in Crl.O.P.[MD].No.9353 of 2013 dated 11.07.2013 had disposed of. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

5. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
