Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents under the guise of any enquiry or any Kattapanchayat (Kangaroo Court). ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed o direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents under the guise of any enquiry or any Kattapanchayat (Kangaroo Court).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
