This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the closer order of the Inspector of Police, Alangulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District, dated 03.04.2015 and issue a direction to further investigate the complaint with the actual complainant and register a case on the complaint dated 02.02.2015 and 14.08.2015 given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in this petition. The petitioner has to approach the concerned Magistrate by way of private complaint.
