ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 03.10.2019 passed in W.P.(MD) No.21164 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order has been duly complied with by the respondent in Na.Ka.B5/74/2018, dated 18.08.2020 and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court.
