O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes, pertaining to the property comprised in Survey No.80 measuring an extent of 4 acres on the western side situated at Megamalai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders passed by the learned Sub Court, Theni, in I.A.No.470/2014 in O.S.No.306/2014, dated 09.12.2014 .

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the suit filed by the petitioner, an order of interim injunction has been granted and now, the respondents police are not interfering with the civil dispute. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that the 4th respondent is the lessee and the petitioner, who was the original owner of the property, sold the property to the 3rd party and as on date, she has no interest in the property in dispute.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

5.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
