ORDER

This Court vide order dated 15.10.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14520 of 2019 directed the Inspector of Police, Batlagundu to file the final report in Crime No.157 of 2019 within a period of two months. Alleging non compliance of the said direction, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai on 07.03.2020 (D.No.440 of 2020).
