O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 or any officials under them not to interfere in the civil rights of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in survey No.556/1 "O", to an extent of 28.5 cents and one Perumal, by creating documents obtained a patta in respect of the said property in his father, which is challenged by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22101 of 2015. While so, the 3rd respondent is insisting the petitioner to hand over the property to said Perumal. The learned counsel would further submit that the respondents police have no authority to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the said Perumal. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondents police have not interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioner and for the receipt of the complaint, the 3rd respondent police issued a petition receipt, CSR No.312 of 2015 to the complainant.
