This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report within the stipulated time in Crime No.306 of 2013 dated 2.5.2013 on the file of the respondent No.2.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 306 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
