The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 01.11.2020 as 'mistake of fact'.
