ORDER
The petitioner seeks the limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to process the application for survey and to demarcate the petitioner's property by erecting boundary stones. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner, having obtained a patta in his favour, has applied for survey and demarcation of the property by making an application on 22.07.2024, he has followed it up with the said representation on 27.11.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been no action taken at the end of the respondents and hence, he has been constrained to move this Court by way of present writ petition.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application has been pending from July 2024, the second respondent assisted by the respondents 3 and 4 shall conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 22.07.2024 and demarcate the petitioner's property by erecting boundary stones. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
