Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4526 of 2020 complaints. As on date, complaints and counter complaints were pending before the respondent Nos. 2,3,4 and 5. It is only just and proper that they are consolidated and single officer to enquire all the complaints.

2.I direct the first respondent to consolidate all the complaints and assign them before a particular officer. This consolidation will be done by the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
