(MD) No.6488 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD) No.426 of 2018 dated 22/07/2019 pending disposal of the above Crl.A and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6488 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.426 of 2018, dated 22.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6488 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.426 of 2018, dated 22.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2000 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6488 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.426 of 2018, dated 22.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e., on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
