Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7294 of 2018 in Crl.A.(MD)No.426 of 2018, dated 24.09.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7294 of 2018 in Crl.A.(MD)No.426 of 2018, dated 24.09.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no strong objection to relax the condition.
