ORDER

The revision petitioner / husband has filed this revision seeking a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in HMOP.No.229 of 2018, pending on its file within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. According to the petitioner, HMOP has been filed in the year 2018 and in the said petition evidence of the petitioner has already been taken and thereafter, the matter is being adjourned continuously for the respondent side evidence.

In such circumstance, he has filed the present petition.

4. Since the matter is pending from 2018, the Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the HMOP.No.229 of 2018, pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
