RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.7925 of 2016 dated 11.5.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7925 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month and thereafter shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi for future hearings regularly.
