Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MAYAPERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11496 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.973 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11496 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.973 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2003 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.11496 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.973 of 2019, dated 03.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
