This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 sent to the 1st and 3rd respondents.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 30.01.2025 to the 1 to 3 respondents stating that he has a fishing boat namely Immanuel (Registration No.187). While so, he engaged one Michael as partner in the fishing business, thereafter, due to some misunderstanding between the parties the said Michael gave life threat to the petitioner and thereby he lodged a complaint on 21.01.2025 and the same has not been considered. Therefore, he filed this present writ petition. Page No. 2 of 6
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 was received by the respondents and the second respondent is now conducting enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within one week.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to pass orders, at the admission stage itself.
5. Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner is to consider his representation dated 30.01.2025, and the said representation of the petitioner is also pending with the second respondent for enquiry. It is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 and dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order. Accordingly ordered.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
