Prayer in W.M.P.(MD) No.3388 of 2026 : Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to amend the prayer in the above writ petition with, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent, District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai, in Ni.Mu.Di.5/8659/2018 dated 30.12.2025, and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondents to restore and maintain the revenue records in respect of S.No.302/3A measuring 0.20.50 hectares in the name of the first petitioner, and thus render justice.

Prayer in W.M.P.(MD) No.3391 of 2026 : Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to amend the prayer in the above writ petition with, to dispense with the production of the original of the impugned proceedings of the second respondent, District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai, in Ni.Mu.Di.5/8659/2018 dated 30.12.2025, for the present and pending disposal of the present Writ Petition.
