O R D E R

This Review Application is filed against the order, dated 31.05.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11805 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already this Court by order, dated 31.05.2018, disposed of the W.P(MD).No.11805 of 2018, permitting the petitioner to continue his service in the present place for a period of six weeks from and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to join in the transferred place.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present Review Application stating that the similar proceeding was stayed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.11448 of 2018, dated 30.05.2018. He further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that only with an intention to accommodate other person in the petitioner place at Trichy Metro Limited, the order of transfer was made and hence, the same is not bonafide one.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Admittedly, the petitioner has failed to bring to the notice of this Court about the stay order passed by this Court for the similarly placed persons in W.P.(MD).No. 11448 of 2018. Since the similar proceeding was stayed in respect of other person in the Respondent's office, this Review Application is allowed by setting aside the order of this Court made in W.P(MD).No.11805 of 2018, dated 31.05.2018. Registry is directed to post the said W.P(MD).No.11805 of 2018, along with W.P(MD).No.11448 of 2018. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
