Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19632 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. Therefore, the condition imposed on the petitioner may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also admitted the same.

4. Since the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
