RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 7526 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7526 of 2016, dated 29.04.2016, by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the concerned Court in all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is complying with the condition from 09.05.2016.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that in between 09.05.2016 and 20.06.2016, the petitioner has not complied with the condition for twelve days.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
