ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to give Police Protection to the petitioner's property in R.S.No.551/8A, situated at Kanyakumari Village, Agartheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, for an extent of 8 cents, 11 cents as per lie from the illegal interference of the respondents 2 and 3 herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.02.2022.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
