RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 28.04.2016 of this Honourable High Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.MUGUNTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the place of the respondent police has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
