This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents for the dispute between the Management and the Employee. Based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the same on 21.03.2024. The respondent police never interfered with the civil dispute and they called the petitioner only based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

3.Since the main petition is closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
