Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the fourth respondent in O.Mu.No.5642/A2/2017 dated 20.11.2017 and in O.Mu.No.6672/A2/2017 dated 25.01.2018, quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of petitioner as Watchman in the fifth respondent school with effect from 06.11.2017 with all attendant monetary benefits. ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a Watchman in the fifth respondent school. It is not in dispute that the appointment made is in respect of a sanctioned vacancy. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner is eligible to be so appointed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Therefore, the order declining to grant approval is unsustainble. The order impugned in this writ petition is quashed. The fourth respondent is directed to approve the petitioner's appointment as Watchman in the fifth respondent school with effect from 06.11.2017 immediately and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits without any delay.
