No.5379 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.M.A. JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
