ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent registered CSR.No.25 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.A perusal of the complaint lodged by the third respondent shows that the petitioner obtained a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- from the third respondent with a promise that he would get a bank loan for the third respondent and that did not return the said amount of RS.1,20,000/-. The matter in issue pertains to money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the third respondent's complaint in CSR.No.25 of 2021 based on findings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3087 of 2021 and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. In the meanwhile, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner in connection with CSR.No.25 of 2021.

4.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
