SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that anticipatory bail was granted by this Court on 03.08.2017.directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He also submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Bangalore and hence, it is very difficult for him to comply with the said condition and the petitioner has not executed surety bond as order by this Court.
3.It is seem that the order copy was made ready on 07.08.2017 and the present petition is filed on 17.08.2017 and hence, this petition is filed in time.
4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
