ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.932 of 2020 dated 1/4

19.12.2020, on the file of the first respondent. 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the case was closed as 'action dropped' and a report was filed on 19.12.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam.

3.On the side of the second respondent, it is stated that since the petitioner is an influential person, the prosecution has closed the FIR. 4.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The second respondent is at liberty to question the final report filed by the prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
