[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to hand over the possession of auction scheduled properties situated in S.F.No.643/1B, Chettinaickanpatty Village, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District, which was purchased by the petitioner on 31.03.2020, in the auction sale conducted by the 1st respondent, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a successful bidder and he paid a sum of Rs.49,38,000/- as sale amount and for the remaining payment, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank.
